...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

Big Muddy River near Plumfield and near Murphysboro

.Moderate to major flooding continues along the Big Muddy River. At
Plumfield, the river is now forecast to crest in moderate flood
stage near 28.5 feet Friday morning. At Murphysboro, the river has
crested and started a very slow fall.

For the Big Muddy River...including Plumfield, Murphysboro...
Moderate to Major flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

- At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 28.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.5
feet Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Aldi to require face masks for all customers

(WSIL) -- Aldi is joining the long list of businesses that will start requiring face masks for shoppers.

The new policy will begin on July 27th, 2020. Employees have been wearing masks since the pandemic began.

In an announcement on its website, Aldi says it's following CDC recommendations.

The grocery chain also urges customers to opt for delivery of curbside pickup at select locations.
