DONGOLA (WSIL) -- Due to careful review of COVID-19 protocols and precautions, Dongola Unit #66 has decided to implement Adaptive Pause at this time.
Adaptive Pause means that during this time, the school will participate in full virtual learning on regularly scheduled school days. In-person learning will not take place on school property.
Teachers have online virtual classrooms set up for instruction, homework and communication of assignments.
Breakfast and lunch will be available for students, with more information about distribution to be shared soon.
The district said, "We understand that this Adaptive Pause is not ideal for our students, but DUSD #66 holds the highest regards for our students' and staffs' safety. WE want to be able to return to in-person learning as soon as possible."
