(WSIL) -- Dozens of new virus cases have been reported on Tuesday, November 3.
The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) today reported 6,516 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Illinois, including 68 additional deaths.
Cape Girardeau County Health Department: 54 new cases

Egyptian Health Department: 36 new cases
- Saline County
- Female: 2 in their 20’s, 1 in their 30’s, 6 in their 40’s, 2 in their 50’s, 1 in their 60’s, 1 in their 70’s, 1 in their 90’s
- Male: 2 in their teens, 2 in their 20’s, 2 in their 40’s, 2 in their 50’s, 2 in their 60’s, 1 in their 90’s
- Gallatin County
- Female: 1 in their 30’s, 1 in their 40’s
- Male: 1 in their 20’s, 1 in their 70’s
- White County
- Female: 1 in their 20’s, 1 in their 40’s, 2 in their 50’s,
- Male: 1 in their 40’s, 2 in their 60’s
Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department: 77 new cases
- Franklin County (1 death)
- Females: One in their 20’s, one in their 40’s, three in their 50’s, and two in their 60’s.
- Males: One teenager, three in their 20’s, three in their 40’s, one in their 50’s, three in their 60’s and two in their 70’s.
- Williamson County (2 deaths)
- Females: Three teenagers, five in their 20’s, five in their 30’s, seven in their 40’s, three in their 50’s, and four in their 60’s.
- Males: One infant, one child under 10, one tween, four teenagers, six in their 20’s, two in their 30’s, five in their 40’s, five in their 50’s, two in their 60’s, two in their 70’s, and one in their 90’s.
Jackson County Health Department: 25 new cases
- Female � two preteen, four in their twenties, one in her thirties, one in her forties, one in her fifties, and three in their sixties;
- Male � one under ten, one teen, three in their twenties, two in their thirties, one in his forties, two in their fifties, one in his sixties, one in his seventies, and one in his eighties.
Jefferson County Health Department: 25 new cases, 1 death
- Female -- Two in their 20's, two in their 30's, three in their 40's, two in their 50's, three in their 60's, and one in her 70's
- Male -- Two teens, three in their 20's, two in their 30's, one in his 50's, one in his 60's, and three in their 70's
The state of Illinois reported 6,516 new confirmed cases and 68 additional deaths.
