WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. -- An annual event by Centerstone gives you the opportunity to run or walk to support suicide awareness and prevention.
The event is called Life;Story. The semicolon in the title represents a punctuation mark that indicates there is more to come, unlike a period indicating the end. The Illinois event will take place on Saturday, September 7, 2024. It will start at 7 a.m. at the Harry L. Crisp Sports Complex.
Life;Story is an annual event that promoted community awareness and unity in supporting people impacted by suicide or with thoughts of suicide. The event is consistently held during September which is Suicide prevention month. Illinois is one of the regions who feature an option to participate virtually as well.
