(WSIL) -- A new travel center has opened in the Marion area.Â
is located near the Interstate 57/Route 148 junction and brings 35 new full and part-time jobs to Marion.
The travel center includes a full convenience store along with gasoline and diesel fuel sales. In addition to its own "Tejas Taco" and "Dan’s Big Slice" pizza, Road Ranger is housing a Subway and Wendy's restaurant.  It has 16 gas positions, 8 diesel lanes, parking for 80 cars, and 81 trucks. Showers and free wifi are also included.
Road Ranger currently operates 40 locations in the Midwest and Texas.
