(WSIL) -- Schnucks is taking further steps to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
The grocer has previously adjusted store hours, installed plexiglass protectors at checkout and service counters, and implemented a for seniors and those most at risk.
Beginning Thursday, Schnucks will no longer allow customers to bring in reusable bags.
The company is also encouraging shoppers to wear facemasks while in its stores.
Schnucks stores will be closed for Easter. Stores will close at 10 p.m. Saturday, April 11 and reopen at noon on Monday, April 13.
