Two Men Arrested for Package Theft

MURRAY, Ky. -- Western Kentucky police arrest two men, wanted in a series of package thefts. 

Officers with the Murray Police Department responded to the northwest area of Murray on the afternoon of April 22nd. Multiple delivered packages had been stolen from one victim's porch. 

Officers conducted an investigation into the matter. It revealed evidence of multiple porch thefts, as well as, attempts to obscure evidence. 

As a result of the investigation, police arrested Channer Smith (21) of Murray, Kentucky, and Keonte Kendall (19) of Clarksville, Tennessee. Both men are charged with five counts of Theft of Mail Matter and three counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Smith and Kendall were taken to the Calloway County Jail.
