Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 28.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:30 PM CDT Thursday was 28.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.0
feet just after midnight tonight.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

First career expo for Vienna High School students this Friday

VIENNA (WSIL) 鈥� An opportunity for Vienna High School聽students to meet representatives from local businesses, colleges and trades agencies.聽

The high school聽is holding its first ever career expo this Friday, September 13 from 8:45 to 11 in the morning.聽

Officials say the event comes as an effort to better serve the student body and to ensure career connections before they graduate.聽

More than 60 vendors are taking part in the event and include:聽
