MARSTON, Mo. (WSIL) -- There have been six recorded small earthquakes hit the region in a five-day span.

These quakes happened in southeast Missouri and northwest Tennessee starting on March 31 through April 4.

  • 4:06 p.m.
  • 6 mile depth

April 1

  • Magnitude 1.5
  • Roughly 4 miles south of Ridgely, TN
  • 12:52 a.m.
  • 4 mile depth
  • Magnitude 1.3
  • 4 miles southeast of Marston, MO
  • 12:24 p.m.
  • 6 mile depth
  • Magnitude 1.8
  • At Howardville, MO
  • 1:40 p.m.
  • 4 mile depth

April 2

  • 1.4 magnitude
  • 4 miles southeast of Marston, MO
  • 9:44 a.m.
  • 6 mile depth

April 4

  • 2.7 magnitude
  • 6.5 miles south-southeast of Ridgley, TN
  • 3:44 a.m.
  • 5 mile depth
