HAYTI, Mo. (WSIL) -- Multiple people were arrested after fights broke out at a local football game.
The Hayti Police Department stated they, along with other area law enforcement, were at a bootheel football game when they were informed of four people jumping a fence to get into the football arena recently.
When officers went to place them in custody, police said multiple fights started. They then arrested a number of people involved, some of which were juveniles, for failure to comply and resisting arrest.
Police said all of those who were arrested were processed and then released.
The investigation is ongoing.
