MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky (WSIL) -- Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal crash in McCracken County that left one dead and two others injured.
KSP troopers received a call about a crash just after p.m. Saturday, May 1 in West Paducah.
Initial investigation shows Guillermo Miranda, 20 of Cedar Creek, Texas was driving a van east on US Highway 62 when he crossed the center line and hit a semi.
Miranda was pronounced dead at the scene. A juvenile passenger in the van was airlifted to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
The semi driver, Sanjeev Joseph, 44 of Clovis, California, was taken to Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
The investigation is ongoing by Kentucky State Police.
