Deputies recruit residents to find car theft suspect

MCCRACKEN, Ky. -- Officials with the McCracken County Sheriff's Office have asked the public to help identify a suspect from a February crime. 

Deputies investigated reports of car thefts on February 13 in the Stinespring Subdivision in McCracken County. Officials with the Paducah Police Department managed to arrest one juvenile suspect, but the other suspect remains on the run. 

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office issued a release on Wednesday asking residents to submit any evidence that depicts firearm thefts from the crime. Officials are looking for videos or new reports of thefts.

The sheriff's office will accept reports from the Stinespring, Deerhaven or Saint Andrews subdivisions. These could be from simple attempts to open cars, entries with no theft or previously unreported theft.
