LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky. -- I-24 saw a lengthy closure Saturday morning on the westbound side due to a crash involving two semis and another car.Â
The wreck occurred near the 30-mile marker and blocked both the westbound lanes. The site sat specifically between the KY 453 Grand Rivers Exit 31 interchange and the Tennessee River Bridge.
The closure was first announced around 5:00 a.m. on Saturday and lasted until around 7:00 a.m.Â
According to Keith Todd with District 1 of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the crash was not as bad as originally reported. WSIL is working to get in contact with the police for more information.Â
