.Levels will continue to fall on the Big Muddy River for the next
week, dropping near to below flood stage by April 20.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

...Breezy South Winds Expected Through the Evening...

Sustained south winds at 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 40 mph
will continue through this evening, with isolated gusts to 50 mph
possible. The strongest gusts are most likely to occur across
southeast Missouri into southwest Illinois.

Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects. A few tree limbs
may also be blown down. High profile vehicles may encounter some
driving difficulty, especially on east-west roads.

Man arrested for possessing loaded weapon at fight

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. -- Officials arrested a man believed to have pointed a loaded gun at a deputy and resident.

Deputies with the Calloway County Sheriff's Office learned of a verbal fight on Oakview Lane on April 20 at about half past noon. Upon authorities' arrival on the scene, the people involved all dispersed. No criminal charges were filed. 

However, the ongoing investigation revealed that involved-suspect Charles Klofar, 55, of Murray, allegedly possessed a loaded weapon on the scene. Investigators believe Klofar pointed the weapon at one of the deputies and one of the involved arguers. 

Officials issues a warrant for Klofar's arrest. On Thursday, deputies arrested Klofar and brought him to the Calloway County Detention Center. He faces a charge for Wanton Endangerment.
