GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. -- A man faces new charges after failing to appear at two court dates.

Guadalupe A. Martinez, 37, of Mayfield, first entered custody after allegedly speeding away from Graves County officials. The Graves County Sheriff's Office provided the update on Thursday that Martinez skipped his Ballard and Graves County court dates, officially declaring him a wanted man.

Martinez's pre-existing charges include the following:

  • Fleeing or Evading
  • DUI
  • Speeding 106 mph in a 55 mph zone
  • Other charges

Officials described Martinez as standing 5" 10', weighing 160 lbs., and having black hair with brown eyes. The department said Martinez is aware of his new status as a wanted man.

The department says anyone with information on the suspect should call the Graves County Sheriff's Office or the closest law enforcement agency.
