CREAL SPRINGS, Ill., (WSIL) -- A Creal Springs woman faces charges of public indecency, burglary and criminal trespass after an incident on October 12, 2024. Williamson County Sheriff deputies responded to the report of a naked woman walking in the 100 block of Chamness Street in Creal Springs.
Deputies said, when they arrived, they found a female who was, in fact, walking around unclothed. The woman was later identified as Jessica Ford of Creal Springs. The resident available to speak to deputies said Ford had gone to a neighbor's property and was digging up their yard. The neighbor also told deputies that on the day prior, Ford had approached her children and asked them to come to her home to play. Deputies then located Ford in the neighbor's yard, still fully unclothed, singing and swinging a broom.
Ford was taken into custody and faces charges of public indecency and disorderly conduct. Ford, currently on probation for a prior offense, is being held at the Williamson County Jail. According to the sheriff department, Ford has had a recent string of run-ins with deputies, including 22 calls since September 28, 2023.
