Big Muddy River near Plumfield and Murphysboro.

.Levels will continue to fall on the Big Muddy River, dropping below
flood stage at Plumfield Sunday morning, and at Murphysboro Tuesday
morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Davis wins South Seven Preview

FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS (WSIL) -- Carbondale's Ian Davis wins the South Seven Preview from Stonewolf Golf Course with a low score of 34. Due to the heat they played only 9 holes.

Althoff's Parker Bruening was second with a score of 37, and Max Bruening was third with a 38.

Mt. Vernon's Blaze Greathouse finished fourth, shot a 40. A stroke behind in 5th is Marion's Karsten Stotlar.

Althoff had the best team score of 165 and Marion finished second with a team score of 174.
