CHICAGO, Ill. (WSIL) -- The SIU Salukis (9-12) came out victorious over the UIC Flames (13-7) on Saturday, winning 89-85 on the road.
The Salukis were led by Ali Abdou Dibba who scored 26 and SIU held on in the final minute to get the win.
The Salukis and Flames were tied at 46 at the half.Â
Kennard Davis Jr. added 19 for the Salukis and Jarrett Hensley added 11 points.
UIC was up 82-80 with a little over a minute to go. SIU's Kennard Davis Jr. connected on a three-point play with 39 seconds left to take the lead. From there, the Salukis sealed the win with free throws.
