Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 613 PM CDT, Even though the heavy rain has ended, substantial flooding continues across much of the warned area. Between 5 and 9 inches of rain have fallen since the start of the event on Wednesday.
