CARTERVILLE, Ill. (WSIL) -- If you enjoyed the weather on Saturday, then you will love Sunday.

Saturday: We wrap up Saturday evening with temperatures dipping down into the 40s with clouds increasing and winds calming to a gentle breeze.

Overnight: We will see temps continue to decrease, hitting in the mid-30s with cloudy conditions. The winds will be calm overnight as well.

Sunday: We see temps rising to the lower 50s by noon with clouds moving out of the area. By the afternoon, we could see the mercury rise to the 60 degree mark and sunny skies will follow. Winds will be low at best which makes for a beautiful day outside.

Monday and Tuesday: We continue to track sunny skies and temperatures reaching into the 70s! Winds are expected to increase a bit, up to 10 mph at times. This will still be some gorgeous weather.

Midweek: We then turn to possible rain and storms. We will be tracking this system more closely in the days ahead and will have more information as to what you can expect.
