REIDLAND, Ky. (WSIL) � A local community is in mourning after a firefighter passes away.
The Reidland-Farley Fire District stated on Friday one of their own, firefighter Jordan Donohoo passed away after a medical emergency.
The fire department said Donohoo was at home when he experienced a medical emergency and later passed away at a hospital surrounded by his family.
Donohoo was a firefighter for several years with the Reidland-Farley Fire Department and also served with multiple agencies across McCracken and Marshall Counties.
“Our members mourn this loss and extend our thoughts and prayers to his many friends and family,� the Reidland-Farley Fire Department stated.
Other area fire departments also offered condolences.
