GORHAM, Ill. (WSIL) -- The Village of Gorham issued a boil water order for residents on Logan Hallow Road in Rockwood, Illinois.
The order took effect on June 30, 2025, and will remain in place until further notice.
The CDC recommends bringing water to a full rolling boil for one minute, or three minutes at elevations above 6,500 feet. Then allow the water to cool before using it.
When washing hands with tap water during a boil water order, it's recommended to use soap and water, then using alcohol-based hand sanitizer and let them air dry.
