(WSIL) -- The Gallatin County coroner's office has released the autopsy results in the death of Mishealia Meredith.
Meredith's body was found Saturday near North Pool Road , in rural Gallatin County.
The coroner says preliminary results show she died from a gunshot wound to the head. Toxicology and final results are pending.
Illinois State Police are now looking for Alexander McWilliams, who is considered armed and dangerous.

36-year-old McWilliams is described as 5�10� and weighs approximately 215 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
The public is cautioned, if they see McWilliams or know his current whereabouts, DO NOT approach him � immediately call 911.
The investigation is being led by the ISP DCI â€� Zone 8 and is still open and ongoing. No further information will be disseminated at this time. Â
