43-year-old man in jail, arrested for burglary charges in Carbondale

CARBONDALE, Ill. (WSIL) -- A Du Quoin man is in jail after police find a vehicle was broken into in Carbondale.

Police officers in Carbondale went out to the 400-block of North Illinois Avenue early Friday morning at 3:10 a.m. for a report of a burglary in progress.

Officers found a vehicle that was broken into at the business there.

They also found Ryan O. Lively, 43 of Du Quoin in the area and arrested him for the suspicion of burglary, auto burglary and trespassing. 

Lively was taken to the Jackson County Jail.
