HERRIN, Ill. (WSIL) -- An incident in Herrin took place on Thursday morning, resulting in damage to city property.
This happened in the area of Harrison Street and Highway 148, a little after 8 a.m. on February 6. This happened near the post office in Herrin.
At least two utility poles were damaged, along with a traffic electronic device.
Fire crews and police were on scene directing traffic. A Republic Services truck was also parked at the scene.
