WSIL (Carterville) -- A few showers are moving in from the west thanks to the remnants of a system that moved through the better part of Missouri. Most of the rain this morning will stay over southeastern Missouri and possibly as far east as I-57.Â

Isolated rain chances stay with us off and on throughout the day, turning more scattered this evening. Temperatures will reach the low 80s but areas seeing more rain, peaking in the upper 70s. Luckily we aren't anticipating anything severe.Â

This isn't the only chance of rain we're tracking this week. None of the chances are leaning towards a complete washout, but there may be a few strong storms possible.Â
