CARBONDALE (WSIL) -- SIU women's baskletball is 2-2 in the Missouri Valley.
This past weekend Abby Brockmeyer scored her 1,000th point of her Saluki career.
Brockmeyer became just the 28th Saluki in school history to reach the 1,000-point plateau. Brockmeyer scored 11 points, and pulled down 11 rebounds in Saturday's loss to Bradley.
Brockmeyer joins teammate Makenzie Silvey in the 1000 career point club. Together they make the Salukis one of twenty teams nationally with multiple thousand point scorers.
