CARTERVILLE, Ill. (WSIL) -- Another great day to get outside and enjoy the weather before yet another round of rain comes through the region.
We will be waking up this morning with some nice temperatures outside. It will be in the mid to upper 50s with light winds and cloudy conditions.Â
As we move into the afternoon hours, temps will rise into the mid to upper 70s with winds at around 10 mph and partly cloudy conditions. Yet another day to get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather!
Tonight, there will be a small chance of rain. Clouds will thicken and temps won't lower by much; maybe hitting into the upper 60s by the time you go to bed.
For Monday morning, grab the umbrella before you head out the door. There is a high risk for rain in our region for the beginning of the day with the possibility of some scattered thunderstorms from around noon through the evening hours. Temps will top out at around 70 and winds will stay fairly light.
Tuesday, again, bring the umbrella. We have some chances for showers throughout the day. It doesn't look to be as impactful as Monday though and temps will reach into the upper 70s.Â
Looking ahead to the middle of the week, temps will soar into the 80s and will stay there through the remainder of the week.
