JACKSON COUNTY (WSIL) -- Jackson County officials are preparing for Illinois' primary Tuesday.
County Clerk Frank Byrd said election officials are prepared to combat COVID-19 concerns.
Each precinct will have hand sanitizer, and they are asking every voter to wash their hands before and after voting.
Byrd says Precinct 25 at Lentz Hall on the SIUC campus is closed. Instead, it will be combined with Precinct 21 at Cedar Hall (410 East Grand Avenue).
