The announcement Monday was the governor's latest move to relax COVID-19 restrictions. Last week, Beshear announced that Kentucky businesses and events with fewer than 1,000 people will be allowed to operate at 75% capacity, also starting May 28.
Any indoor and outdoor events drawing more than 1,000 people will be able to operate at 60% capacity, starting May 28.
