(WSIL) -- Dozens of new COVID-19 cases were reported in southern Illinois Friday.
Williamson County topped today's COVID-19 count with 48, followed by Franklin County with 27 and Saline with 26.
On Friday, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) announced 3,874 new cases of COVID-19, including 31 additional deaths.
Currently, IDPH is reporting a total of 364,033 cases, including 9,418 deaths.
ALEXANDER COUNTY
- Females: One female 60’s
- Males: One male 20’s, one male 30’s, one male 40’s
Alexander County has had 113 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including one death. ¾ÅÓÎÌåÓý Seven Health Department says 45 cases are currently active.
GALLATIN COUNTY
- Female: One under the age of 10
- Male: One in his 50’s
Egyptian Health Department says Gallatin County has had 122 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including two deaths.
FRANKLIN COUNTY
- 27 new cases
Twenty seven new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Franklin County Friday. To date, there have been 964 confirmed cases, including nine deaths, in the county. Bi-County Health Department says 502 of the positive cases have recovered.
JACKSON COUNTY
- Female: three teens, four in their twenties, one in her thirties, one in her forties, two in their fifties, one in her sixties, one in her eighties and one in her nineties;
- Male: one under ten, one pre-teen, one teen, one in his twenties, three in their thirties and three in their sixties.
24 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Jackson County Thursday. There have been 1,513 confirmed cases in the county, including 26 related deaths.
JEFFERSON COUNTY
- Female: One in her 20s, one in her 30s, and three in their 40s
- Male: One under 13, one in his 40s and one in his 60s
Jefferson County has had 934 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 41 deaths. Jefferson County Health Department says 98 active cases are currently in isolation.
JOHNSON COUNTY
- Female: One female 30’s, one female 50’s, and one female 80’s
- Male: Two males 20’s two males 50’s, and one male 70’s
There have been 365 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Johnson County. ¾ÅÓÎÌåÓý Seven Health Department says 131 cases are currently active.
MASSAC COUNTY
- Female: One female 30’s, one female 50’s
- Male: One male 50’s
POPE COUNTY
- Female: One female 10’s, two females 50’s
- Male: One male 50’s
PULASKI COUNTY
- Female: One female 20’s, one female 30’s
SALINE COUNTY
Female: 15 total cases announced Friday
Male: 11 total cases announced Friday
UNION COUNTY
- Female: One female 10’s, two females 20’s, one female 30’s, one female 60’s
- Male: One male 10’s, two males 20’s, one male 30’s, two males 40’s, two males 50’s
Union County has had the most cases through the ¾ÅÓÎÌåÓý 7 Health Department with 747 since the beginning of the pandemic.
WHITE COUNTY
- Females: Five cases announced Friday
- Males: Four cases announced Friday
WILLIAMSON COUNTY
- 48 new cases
To date, Williamson County has had 1,878 confirmed cases, including 60 deaths. Bi-County Health Department says 1,136 of the positive cases have recovered.
