CAPE GIRARDEAU (WSIL) -- A Saint Francis Healthcare System provider has contracted COVID-19.
According to Saint Francis, the provider went on a cruise and was exposed to COVID-19.
The provider was immediately placed on leave and has not returned to patient care since before his cruise began.
Saint Francis says patients and colleagues should not be concerned about COVID-19 exposure from the provider.
