This boil water order has been lifted.
EDDYVILLE, Ill. (WSIL) -- A boil water order has been issued for another southern Illinois community.
This is for the Eddyville area through the Millstone Water District. Earlier, the boil water order was issued last night for customers on Route 147 from 4260 to Gilead Church Road. This also includes Delaware Lane and all side lines.
The water district later added Eddyville blacktop East to Lusk Road. This includes Bushwack Road and all side lines.
The water district there informs customers to boil their water for five minutes before consuming it.
