City of Perryville sees growth, multiple new businesses slated to open soon

PERRYVILLE, Mo. (WSIL) -- Multiple businesses will soon open in Perryville, which will give more options for residents and tourists to go to.

The City of Perryville is adding four new establishments, plus an expansion at a local produce market, according to an official with the Perry County Economic Development Authority.

These five establishments are still under the construction phases but will soon be completed and open to the public.

A new Dairy Queen is nearing completion along US 51. They should be open in the next several weeks.

Right next door to the new Dairy Queen is San Felipe which is still under construction but has the exterior nearly completed. This restaurant is expected to be open in the coming months.

Ace Hardware will be open to customers soon near the Downtown area of Perryville. Their opening date is expected to be by the end of the year.

A Starbucks is coming to Perryville as well. They are expected to be completed and open by early Spring of 2025.

City officials also said Frank's Produce is shaping up with their expansion. They are doubling their size of their business, expanding retail space and expanding their seafood selection. This is anticipated to be completed by early 2025.
