Davis Pastry in Anna opens back up Saturday, January 18.
The former owners retired, but new owners are continuing the legacy.
To prepare, they've been busy making sure the famous pink cookies and cream horns come out just as customers remember.
Store hours will be 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
