...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...All of southeast Missouri, southern Illinois, southwest
Indiana, and western Kentucky.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Extensive street
flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of locally heavy rainfall over several days
will result in extreme forecast amounts of up to 1 foot of
rain that will cause the risk of flash flooding and flooding
to rise markedly and create a particularly dangerous flooding
situation.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor later forecasts and be alert for Flash Flood and Flood
Warnings. Be prepared to take action when flooding develops as this
will be a particularly dangerous situation.

EDT/ Wednesday Night.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Dollar General hiring 50,000 employees

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. (WSIL) -- Dollar General plans to nearly double its normal hiring rate and add up to 50,000 employees by the end of April.

The company says there's "heightened demand for household essentials offered by Dollar General stores" amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

Dollar General believes the majority of these jobs will be temporary but says it has a "strong record of career growth" and some could become long-term employees.

Dollar General currently operates more than 16,300 stores in 45 states. It also has 17 distribution centers, five cold storage facilities and a private fleet network.
