UNION CO. (WSIL) -- A familiar food truck is running once again in Union County.
"Say Cheese" re-opened for business Saturday and served around 100 customers before running out of food.
Owner Caleb Mixen bought the truck from a previous owner in West Frankfort who used the truck as a side business.
Mixen says owning a food truck is something he's always wanted to do and plans to do it full-time.
"As long as I stay hard on social media and get my name out there, I was fortunate enough to buy the business that it had a pretty good following, but as long as I stay on that I feel like I can grow my brand here in ¾ÅÓÎÌåÓý Illinois," Mixen said.
Mixen currently only has permits to serve food in Union County. He plans to be in Cobden Saturday and Lick Creek School on Sunday.
