CARBONDALE (WSIL) -- Mary Lou's Grill announced Wednesday night on Facebook the business is temporarily closing, again.

Owner Marilynn Martin says they're shutting down after this week.

Even with some restrictions lifted, the logistics surrounding re-opening are not worth it for the restaurant.

They plan on reopening at the end of July, when more restrictions could be lifted.

Martin says the closures have been tough on her staff.

"We've got employees that have issues wearing the mask, for one thing. And if we opened up and let people come in and sit down, everyone would have to have masks on and do all that. We probably wouldn't have enough workers to do all that."

Martin says she's thankful for all of her supportive customers.

She also says Crazy Joe's Fish House in Ava will remain open.
