PERRY COUNTY (WSIL) -- Employers across southern Illinois are looking to hire and there will be an opportunity to meet them during the Perry County Job Fair.
The job fair is Thursday, June 10, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Du Quoin American Legion, 900 S Jefferson Ave.

The Perry County Job Fair will be held outdoors, weather permitting, and moved inside the Legion’s hall in the event of rain.Â
Individuals seeking jobs are invited to come check out over 20 employers who are hiring in our region.Â
"What we encourage people to do is, dress for the job that you want. Bring your resumes and smile and come in and impress the folks looking to hire," said Jeff Egbert, Publisher at The Perry County Weekly Press Newspaper.
