Lynyrd Skynyrd, Travis Tritt to perform in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU (WSIL) -- ¾ÅÓÎÌåÓý rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd will take the stage in Cape Girardeau in March.

It's one of the stops on the band's "Last of the Street Survivors" farewell tour.

"We’ve said we want to play every venue and market we've ever visited around the world one last time and even some places we haven’t, so we get to see all of Skynyrd Nation," said the band’s lead singer Johnny Van Zant. "We are getting close!"

Joining Lynyrd Skynyrd in Cape will be special guest Travis Tritt.

The concert is set for 7 p.m. Friday, March 27 at the .

Tickets will go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, January 24. Prices range from $32.50 to $353.
