Big Muddy River near Plumfield and Murphysboro.

.Levels will continue to fall on the Big Muddy River, dropping
below flood stage near Plumfield Sunday, and near Murphysboro
Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

- At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 23.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Sunday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Shawnee Community College to host Job and College Transfer Fair

ULLIN, Ill. (WSIL) -- The Shawnee Community College Center Services are hosting a Job and College Transfer Fair coming up next week.

The event will take place on April 2, from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Edward Smith Gymnasium at Shawnee Community College's main campus building.

There will be more than 50 businesses scheduled to be at the event with employers ready to meet job seekers.
