(WSIL) -- Cold Blooded Coffee started out of a home in Vienna, and now has its very own store front in Murphysboro.
News 3 first reported on this story nearly two years ago, when TJ Cowan shared his roasting process and how he makes flavored cold-brew coffee.
He started selling growlers of the coffee at stores across southern Illinois, and would even deliver the glass jugs to people's door steps.
Soon after, also became a fixture at the Carterville and Marion Farmers Markets. Each weekend, he and his wife Jackie could be found making up specialty drinks.
This weekend, the couple opened up a store front location on Walnut street in Murphsboro after hard work to renovate the space.
Staff served more than 400 drinks on opening day including everything from frappes to mochas and lattes.
