STODDARD COUNTY, Mo. -- Four people were arrested after police find guns, drugs and cash after a pursuit in Stoddard County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) said it happened on January 17, when a trooper was in traveling on US Highway 60 in Stoddard County and tried to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation.
MSHP said the vehicle started fleeing the area and a pursuit started.Â
Once the vehicle stopped, the people inside the vehicle got out and started running away, police said.
The driver was taken in custody after a short pursuit. The other suspects were also taken in custody as well.
Authorities said they also searched the area and found 10.6 lbs. of methamphetamine, 2.4 ounces of marijuana, three Glock pistols and $6,005 dollars in cash.
One of the suspects was identified as Kortavion Johnson, 20 of Hayti, which faces three counts of unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and trafficking drug charges.
The second suspect was identified as Korey Johnson, 21 of Hayti, which also faces  three counts of unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and trafficking drug charges.
The other two suspects which were arrested are juveniles.
