BENTON, Ill. (WSIL) -- Multiple people were arrested and ticketed last week in Franklin County.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office posted their weekly media release which lists all the people who were either arrested or given citations.
Here is the list provided by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office...
- 10-15-24 Chad A. Kramer age 53 of Benton was arrested for unlawful possession of a title without complete assignment, fleeing or attempting to elude a Peace Officer, disobeying a traffic control device and improper lane usage.
- 10-15-24 April D. Wall age 43 of Benton was arrested for unlawful possession of contraband in a penal institution.
- 10-15-24 Mark C. Hurley age 60 of Christopher was ticketed for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and no insurance.
- 10-15-24 Charlize B. Overton age 18 of Sesser was issued traffic citations for aggravated reckless driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
- 10-17-24 Chad A. Kramer age 53 of Benton was issued a traffic citation for failure to signal when required.
- 10-17-24 David A. Freehill age 19 of Mulkeytown was arrested for unlawful consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.
- 10-17-24 Dayana R. Jaen age 42 of Thompsonville was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
- 10-17-24 Robert A. Turley age 50 of Christopher was issued traffic citations for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and speeding.
- 10-18-24 William D. Dunham age 48 of Macedonia was arrested for possession of firearm without a valid FOID.
- 10-19-24 Joseph J. Gaideski age 59 of Benton was issued traffic citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to signal.
- 10-20-24 Adam J. Faulkner age 40 of Benton was arrested for driving under the influence, possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and disobeying a stop sign.
- 10-21-24 Mark D. Stone age 53 of Grayville, IL was arrested for driving under the influence.

- 10-15-24 Thomas W. Keen age 61 of Marion. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
- 10-16-24 Curtis A. Moeller age 48 of Royalton. Failure to appear for domestic battery.
- 10-16-24 Sherry V. Wright age 56 of Benton. Failure to appear for driving under the influence.
- 10-17-24 Aleesha D. Butler age 24 of Royalton. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
- 10-17-24 William S. Baker age 28 of Junction, IL. Union County KY failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.
- 10-18-24 Ashlea M. Anheuser age 41 of Thompsonville. Failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
- 10-18-24 Derek A. Selby age 28 of Benton. Failure to appear for theft.
The sheriff's office reminds the public all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
