CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. -- A 63-year-old man faces several charges after allegedly cutting someone with a box cutter knife.
The Cape Girardeau Police Department said officers responded to the 900-block of Themis for a reported disturbance at 10:06 a.m. on August 11.
According to police, Christopher Wilson, 63 of Cape Girardeau, allegedly attacked another person with a box cutter knife.
The victim reportedly had a number of cuts from the knife but refused medical treatment.
Wilson was taken into custody. Cape Girardeau police said their officers found a small bag of what they believe was narcotics on Wilson which later tested positive for methamphetamine.
Wilson faces several charges, including assault-1st degree, felony armed criminal action and delivering or concealing prohibited articles on premises.
