SALINE COUNTY (WSIL) -- Court documents reveal new charges connected to a Saline County man's murder last year.
Last week, prosecutors filed first degree murder charges against Richard Emerson, Troy Gwaltney and Toria Emerson.
Documents reveal each suspect now faces three murder charges.
Both Emersons and Gwaltney had previously been charged nearly a year ago with concealment of a homicidal death.
Court documents reveal all three suspects beat Chase Mitchell in the head and body, knowing it would cause the Eldorado man's death. The crimes happened sometime between April and June 2020.

Family members reported Mitchell missing about a year ago and investigators found his remains in rural Gallatin County last June.
News 3 reached out to prosecutors today, but they wouldn't comment on the case.
All three are due in court for additional hearings starting next week.
Trial dates for Toria Emerson and Gwaltney have been set for July. Richard Emerson does not have a trial date scheduled.
