±«±è»å²¹³Ù±ð:ÌýMan Wanted on Mob Action and Aggravated Battery Charges Arrested in Jackson County
CARBONDALE, Ill. (WSIL) â€� Carbondale Police say they're looking for a suspect in connection to a battery incident in early March.Â
On March 4th, around 11:30 p.m. police responded to a report of a battery in the 600-block of South Illinois Avenue.
Authorities say upon arrival, the victim was unconscious and suffered serious injuries. The victim was then transported to a local hospital for treatment.
During the investigation, police say they identified three suspects, 19-year-old James Shanahan, 21-year-old Chanton Lee, and a 17-year-old male juvenile.Â
Police say both Shanahan and the juvenile were arrested, however, police are still seeking Lee as of 9 a.m. on March 20.
Shannahan was cited with Mob Action and Aggravated Battery charges. The juvenile was cited with Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Aggravated Battery charges.
Lee is sought on Mob Action and Aggravated Battery charges.
