GRAND TOWER, IL (WSIL) -- Dozens flooded into Grand Tower on Saturday, November 5, to celebrate Veteran's Day.
The celebration marks the first time a parade has taken place in downtown Grand Tower since sinkholes appeared in 2019.
Parade attendees were able to enjoy meals from food trucks and live music while they watched fire trucks, a Color Guard, the Shawnee Junior High School marching band, and more in the parade.
Veterans Day will be nationally celebrated this Friday, November 11.
