ANNA (WSIL) -- An upcoming event at a farm in Anna can help you better understand the medicinal uses of natural resources. The Herbal Medicine Workshop will be held at the Dayempur Farm in Anna on Saturday, June 22nd. The event will include a tour of the herbal garden, a cleansing and detox session and a demonstration onÌýtinctures/liquid extracts and infused topical oils. A potluck lunch will also be available.
We spoke with General Manager, Terry Hickey, who says this workshop is a great opportunity to learn more about the nature remedies around them.
"“One of the things I hear the most from people when I interact with them about Dayempur Herbals is ‘yes, I wanna do more natural health, but I don’t know where to start,� Hickey explained. "And this event, and these practitioners, and the topic of the whole day is really a great place for people to start, and you don’t wanna miss this.�
