Marion VA enhances security, encourages veterans to make switch before end of January

MARION, Ill. (WSIL) -- The Marion VA Health Care System has enhanced security when signing in and encourages veterans to switch over before the end of January.

The My HealtheVet site which veterans use to sign in at will be changing soon. Nearly 6,000 veterans in the Marion VA Health Care System may be impacted with signing in soon. 

The My HealtheVet is a portal for patients to view prescriptions, VA appointments and more.

Veterans, along with other beneficiaries, will not be able to sign in using usernames and passwords through My HealtheVet after January 31, 2025, or DS Logon after September 30, 2025. It will require using a or account.

The VA has already to help veterans create a or account. If you have questions, you may call the Marion VA Health Care System or My HealtheVet Coordinator Will DuVall at 618-364-2423.
